Basic Method:

This is a basic introduction to playing the bowl and is suitable for all ages.

1. Hold the bowl on the palm of your non-dominant hand-side.
2. Take the wooden stick in your dominant mallet.
3. Hold the bowl and gently stir the bowl clockwise, with even pressure around the edge of the rim. 
4. It will produce a pleasant, soothing, rich tone.
