A semi-precious gemstone Japa mala necklace and a matching adjustable bracelet are included in this pair, as well as a lovely poly bag. Turquoise is a 5th Chakra mean throat chakra. It is recommended by New Age healers for persons who are afraid of public speaking. They believe it can improve a speaker's fluency, love, creativity, and sincerity. Turquoise builds bonds and serves as a protective shield for those who wear it. It gives the wearer's inner thoughts enormous clarity and focus. By establishing deep understanding in partners, the turquoise gemstone aids in maintaining peace and harmony in marital life.
Follow these instructions to Chanting JAPA MALA BEADS:
- The meditation mala is normally held in the left hand and is handled gently and respectfully.
- Wrap it across your fingers to make it easier to move. Next to the guru bead, wrap two fingers around one of the other beads. Because some religious traditions forbid using the index finger, many people use their thumbs and middle fingers.
- Breathe in and out once for each bead you move your fingers to the next one. For each recitation of the mantra, one bead is counted, starting with the first bead to the "GURU" bead. The guru bead is usually bigger and more ornamental.
- After completing a full cycle of the mala, simply move your fingers in the opposite direction until you get back to the guru bead.
Note: Due to picture retouching, the true color of the products may differ slightly. Poly bags come in a variety of colors.
